Day 1
Arrival in Ubud

Get picked up at the Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, then check-in at The Sankara Suites.

Day 2
Jatiluwih Rice Terrace

Begin your day by taking in the sights and appreciating the natural beauty of Jatiluwih Rice Terrace. Jatiluwih Rice Terrace is the best example of Bali's exceptional gorgeous rice fields and represents the Subak system as Bali's Cultural Landscape. It is located in Tabanan Regency.

Ulun Danu Beratan Temple

Then visit the picturesque Hindu temple on a lake with gardens, boating, and wild animals for photo opportunities. The spectacular Ulun Danu Temple is located in the highlands of Bali's hilly Bedugul Regency, atop a plateau overlooking Lake Beratan.

Gitgit Waterfall

Last but not least, Gitgit Waterfall, high in the highlands and surrounded by beautiful rice farms, is a photographer's and day-to-day travelers' fantasy come true. The hike to the waterfall takes around 15 minutes. You can swim up to the falls or relax in the pools at the bottom of the rocks.

Day 3
Cempuhan Ridge Walk

Enjoy this 3.9-km out-and-back trail near Gianyar, Bali. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 1 h 4 min to complete. This is a beautiful paved road along Campuhan Hill. Walking here will show the beautiful nature of Ubud. With lots of trees and hills, Campuhan Ridge Walk has views of the forest as well as views of rice fields and fields.

Ubud Palace

Continue the tour by visiting Ubud Palace, popularly known as Puri Saren. Enjoy a guided walking tour and look around the Balinese royal residence.

Ubud Monkey Forest

Then, in the afternoon, visit Ubud Monkey Forest, a nature reserve and temple complex in Ubud, Bali. Enjoy your tour in the 12-hectare sanctuary for chattering long-tailed macaques. Located at Padangtegal, it is home to 1049 macaques.

Ubud Market

Day 4
Barong Dance

Breakfast is served at the hotel. Begin your day by seeing the renowned Barong dance, one of Bali's cultural highlights. It is one of Bali's original dances and has roots in traditional Balinese mythology. And Balinese dance is distinctive because it always tells a tale. Barong serves as a symbol of morality in the barong dance, which depicts the conflict between good and evil.

Tegallalang Rice Terrace

The next stop is Tegallalang Rice Terrace, which is located in a valley with breathtaking views of the terraces and its lush surrounding. Savor the view of exquisitely organized rice terraces that use the "subak" irrigation system.

Kintamani

Then head towards Kintamani, a town located on Gunung Batur, which is Bali's western face of the main caldera wall. Many people visit this area because it is one of Indonesia's most gorgeous destinations. Through Kintamani, your journey might become highly interesting and pleasurable.

Besakih Temple

Transfer to Sumba

Get transferred to Ngurah Rai International Airport and take a flight to Sumba. Afterward, get picked up at Waingapu Airport, then check-in at Kambaniru Beach Hotel.

Day 6
Waimarang Waterfall

The trekking area is quite challenging and full of adventures. The height if the waterfall is only about 2 meters, but the natural pool under the waterfall is what attracts the attention of the tourists. Relax in the clear turquoise water located in Waimarang Village.

Walakiri Beach

Afterward, continue your journey by the beauty of sunset in Sumba at Walakiri Beach. Enjoy the calm waves and the shoreline, which features stunning white sand. It's one of the most beautiful beaches in East Sumba Regency.

Day 7
Wairinding Hill

Visit Wairinding Hill after breakfast to admire the landscape of the view. The unique shape makes it special and has attracted more visitors over time. Not only for taking pictures, but you can also explore the site and get to the top of the hill by trekking.

Praijing Village

It's Sumba's traditional home. The houses are known as Uma Mbatangu or Uma Bokulu, which means "large house". The construction has become the village's main attraction. Explore the outstanding megalithic village.

Lapopu Waterfall

Finally, walk a little distance to Lapopu Waterfall, where you can swim in the crystal clear turquoise water. Surrounded by large trees and a lush environment, provides a relaxing atmosphere.

Day 8
Waikuri Lake

Refresh yourself at Waikuri Lake or Lake Weekuri. It's a natural saltwater lagoon in West Sumba. This lovely natural lake is surrounded by 10-15m high cliffs and is fed by waves that wash through holes in the rocky cliffs, keeping the water clean and clear. The lagoon isn't too deep either, and it is swimming-friendly. The atmosphere is still quite serene, and it is not overcrowded.

Ratenggaro Village

Because of the presence of old tombstones and traditional Sumba Tribe dwellings, you can immediately sense the megalithic mood once you arrive at Ratenggaro Village. Here you can learn about the history, the traditions, and many more.

Mandorak Beach

The water at Mandorak Beach is known for its clarity. The calm waves and outstanding visibility make it ideal for water sports such as swimming and snorkeling. Enjoy the rest of your day with the beautiful sunset at Mandorak Beach.

Uluwatu Temple

Admire the beauty and the spectacular vista from this temple placed 30 meters above the Indian Ocean cliff. Uluwatu Temple or Pura Luhur Uluwatu is regarded as one of Bali's six most important temples.

Kecak Dance Performance

The dance narrates the love story of Rama and Shinta while the sun sets in the background, accompanied by the chanting of roughly 50 male dancers. The Ramayana story has become part of the cultural life, and religious and moral teachings since the Hindu teachings came to the island around 100 BC.
